Whitelisting an email address - BT Internet

To add us to your Safe Senders list: - BT HOME ACCOUNTS (e.g. btinternet.com address)

• Open your Junk E-Mail folder and find our newsletter
• Right click the newsletter and left click 'Add sender to safe sender list'.

To add us to your Safe Senders list: - BT BUSINESS ACCOUNTS (e.g. btconnect.com address)

• Log into the Microsoft 365 server at https://login.microsoftonline.com using your BT email address and password
• Click on Junk E-Mail (on left hand side of the page)
• Find our newsletter in amongst the junk e-mail, right click it and left click 'Mark as not junk'. This will move the email to your inbox and add our address to the 'safe senders list'

Whitelisting an email address - Virgin.net

1. In order to add an email addresses to 'Safe Sender List', log in to the Webmail by visiting this link: https://webmail.virgin.net.
2. Please note that while accessing Webmail, you will be prompted to enter your Virgin Media email address (e.g. temp@virgin.net) and the corresponding password (ensure that these details are entered in lower case with no gaps).
3. Click on the 'Mail' option under the settings section.
4. Click on 'Sender List' and then type my email address (no-reply@foremostgolf.com) to 'Safe Sender List' and click on the 'Add' button which is next to 'Safe Sender List'.
5. Thank you for adding us to your 'Safe Sender' List. Now you can enjoy the benefits of our weekly updates on club events, game improvement tips and product updates at your leisure.

Whitelisting an email address - AOL

Version 9. 7 or higher

1. Top right of your inbox, click 'Options'.
2. Click 'More Options'.
3. Under 'Preventing junk email', click the Safe and Blocked Senders link.
4. Click 'Safe senders'.
5. Enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com in the box provided and then click the 'Add to list' button.

Version 9.0 - 9.7

1. Click 'Mail Menu' in your menu bar.
2. Click on and open 'Mail Center'.
3. Select 'Customize Your Email' from Mail Preferences then click Next.
4. Select 'Spam Controls' from Essentials and click Next to display the Mail and Spam Controls screen.
5. Confirm that the 'Mail Filtered by AOL's Advanced Spam Filter' is on/not checked.
6. Confirm that the 'Mail Containing Words and Phrases on My Custom Word List' option is off/not checked.
7. Confirm that 'Block Mail Containing Pictures or Files' option is off/not checked
8. Select either:
9. Allow Mail From All Senders
10. Use a Custom Sender List
11. If you select option 1, you have finished the process.
12. If you select option 2, please continue with the following instructions:
13. Select 'Allow Only the Domains and Senders Listed Below' option.
14. Enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com in the provided field and click Add.

Version 7.0 or 8.0

1. Click 'Mail Menu' in the menu bar.
2. Click on and open 'Mail Controls' and click Next.
3. Select 'Customize Mail Controls for this Screen Name' and click Next.
4. Select either:
5. Allow e-mail from all AOL Members, e-mail Addresses, and Domains.
6. Allow e-mail from all AOL members, and from the List Domains and e-mail Addresses. Block e-mail from all others.
7. If you select option 1, you have finished the process.
8. If you select option 2, please continue with the following instructions:
9. Enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com in the provided field and click Add.
10. Then click Next
11. Select 'Allow this Screen Name to send and receive mail with pictures and files', then click Save.

Whitelisting an email address - Gmail

New Newsletter Subscribers

You will need to add no-reply@foremostgolf.com to your Google Gmail Contacts List:

1. Click 'Contacts' along the left side of any Google Gmail page.
2. Click the New Contacts+ tab in the top left hand corner.
3. Copy and paste no-reply@foremostgolf.com into the primary email addresses dialog box.
4. Click Save.

Existing Newsletter Subscribers

If you are already a subscriber but our email isn't getting through, make sure that the email has not been mistakenly marked as SPAM in your Google Gmail:

1. Click SPAM along the left side of any Google Gmail page.
2. Check mark the box next to our Email.
3. Click 'Not SPAM' button along the top.
4. Thank you for adding us to your 'Safe Sender' List. Now you can enjoy the benefits of our weekly updates on club events, game improvement tips and product updates at your leisure.

Whitelisting an email address - MS Outlook

2010 and higher

1. On the Home tab at the top of your screen, click the dropdown arrow next to 'Junk'
2. Select 'Junk E-mail Options'.
3. Click the 'Safe Senders' tab then click 'Add'.
4. In the 'Enter an E-mail address', enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com, and then click OK.

*Please Note:

If you want your Contacts to be considered safe senders, select the 'Also trust E-mail from my Contacts' check box on the Safe Senders tab.

Previous Versions

1. On the Tools menu, click 'Options'.
2. On the Preferences tab, under e-mail, click 'Junk E-mail'.
3. Click the Safe Senders tab, and click 'Add'.
4. In the 'Add address or domain box', enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com, and then click OK.

*Please Note:

• Click on the Settings icon.
• Select 'More mail settings' from the menu.
• Select 'Safe and Blocked Senders' under the 'Preventing Junk Mail' header and click 'Safe Senders'.
• Enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com in the 'Sender or domain to Mark as Safe' field.
• Then click 'Add to List.'

Whitelisting an email address - Tiscali

1. Log into Tiscali webmail.
2. Click the 'Settings' link top-left of the page.
3. Under the 'Settings' section on the left-hand side, click the 'Mail' link.
4. In the centre section, use the scroll bar and move down to the 'Filters' section.
5. In the 'Filters' box, click on 'Blocked Senders Filter', click the 'Edit' button and a new window should open.
6. Lastly, highlight the email address (no-reply@foremostgolf.com) you want to unblock, then click 'Delete'.
7. Note that if there's only one address in the Blocked Senders list then you'll notice that you won't be able to delete it, so click 'Cancel', and with the 'Blocked Senders Filter' still highlighted, click the 'Delete' button.

Whitelisting an email address - Yahoo

New Subscribers

1. Click the Settings icon, and then 'Mail Options' in the upper right hand of the screen.
2. Select 'Filters' and then click Add.
3. In the Filter Name field, insert no-reply@foremostgolf.com.
4. On the Sender header row select 'Contains' from the pull-down menu and insert my email address (no-reply@foremostgolf.com).
5. Select 'Inbox' from the 'Deliver the email to the following folder' pull-down menu. Click Save.

Check Your Online SPAM Folder

It is possible that my newsletter is being delivered to your Yahoo! SPAM Folder instead of your inbox.

1. Log into your Yahoo account and check your Yahoo SPAM Folder.
2. If my newsletter is there, select the newsletter and click on the 'Not SPAM' button.
3. Check to see if my email address (no-reply@foremostgolf.com) is in your 'Blocked Addresses' list.
4. Click on 'Options'/'Mail Options' (top right) and then select 'SPAM'. You will see a list of Blocked Addresses.
5. If you see my address on this list, select it and click the Remove Block button.You can edit your SPAM settings here to prevent all mail from ending up in your SPAM folder.

Lastly, you can set up a filter to ensure that my emails are always directed to your inbox.

1. Open your Online Yahoo Mailbox and click on 'Options'/'Mail Options' (top right).
2. Select 'Filters' (in left hand menu) and 'Add/Create Filter'.
3. Set up the 'From Header Rule' to 'Contains' and 'My Email Address'.
4. Choose 'Inbox' as the folder to move any mail from my email address to that folder.
5. Click 'Add' or 'Create'.

Whitelisting an email address - NTL World

Please add no-reply@foremostgolf.com to your Safe Senders list.

To add us to your Safe Senders list:

1. In the 'Tools' menu, click 'Options'.
2. On the 'Preferences' tab, under e-mail, click 'Junk E-mail'.
3. Select 'Safe Senders' and 'Add'.
4. In the 'Enter a domain name to be added to the list box',
5. enter no-reply@foremostgolf.com.
6. Click 'OK'.
7. The domain name will automatically be entered into your NTLWORLD address book.
